By accessing or using SecFlow, you agree to these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old and able to form a binding contract. SecFlow is designed for cybersecurity and governance professionals; you are responsible for ensuring your use complies with your employer's policies.
Service description
SecFlow provides executive-oriented cybersecurity learning, including daily missions, briefings, readiness views, and optional audio. Content supports professional development and certification preparation — it is not legal, regulatory, audit, or certification advice. You remain solely responsible for decisions in your organization.
Accounts
You are responsible for safeguarding your sign-in credentials and for activity under your account. Provide accurate information and notify us promptly of unauthorized access. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or pose a security risk.
Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Reverse engineer, scrape, or overload the service without written permission.
- Introduce malware or attempt to access other users' data.
- Use the service for unlawful purposes or to infringe intellectual property.
- Imply endorsement by ISACA, (ISC)², or other certification bodies unless we confirm it in writing.
Intellectual property
SecFlow software, branding, and original content are owned by SecFlow or its licensors. Certification names (for example CISM, CISSP, CISA) are trademarks of their respective owners; SecFlow is not endorsed by those organizations unless stated in writing.
Disclaimers
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT GUARANTEE UNINTERRUPTED ACCESS, ERROR-FREE CONTENT, OR EXAM OR CERTIFICATION OUTCOMES.
Limitation of liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, SECFLOW AND ITS SUPPLIERS WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR GOODWILL ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE. OUR AGGREGATE LIABILITY FOR CLAIMS RELATING TO THE SERVICE IS LIMITED TO THE GREATER OF USD $100 OR THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US IN THE TWELVE MONTHS BEFORE THE CLAIM (IF ANY).
Termination
You may stop using SecFlow at any time and delete your account from Profile settings. We may terminate or limit access for breach of these terms. Provisions that by nature should survive (disclaimers, liability limits, intellectual property) survive termination.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Courts in Delaware shall have exclusive jurisdiction for disputes not resolved informally, except where prohibited by law in your country of residence.
